Age 39

Where do you live and where are you from ? I’m from Denmark and I live in Copenhagen

What size set up do you currenltly ride ? 8,5 Flip, Rune Glifberg. Indy trucks. Ricta Speed Rings.

Any sponsors ? I used to skate for Vans for quite some years and one year for Santa Cruz. But that’s a looooong time ago.

Family status ? I´m living with my girlfriend who I’ve been with for almost six years. No kids yet.

E

School, work or both ? I work full time as an actor. Film-TV-Series-Cartoon dubbing-Speaks-Teaching

How is a great normal day looking for you ? ( start from morning til late night) A normal day starts with a dubbing session with one of my favourite characters “Inspector Gadget”, after that rehearsals at the theatre and if I don’t have a play in the evening, I hang out with my girlfriend, friends or family.

Tell us how a good long weekend is looking for you We recently bought a summerhouse, so many weekends are spend there. It a new awesome feeling to leave the noisy city and drive to the countryside to recharge. Great boost of energy.

How is your fall coming along and how has it been so far ? I just finished a theatre tour round Denmark, with a play called “The 39 Steps”, by Hitchcock. First we played in Tivoli and thereafter came the tour. Now I have a huge load of projects in the summerhouse and a lot of smaller jobs in Copenhagen.

Do you read books ? if so, what do you read ? I’ve never been much of a reader, but I watch a lot of movies and series. I just finished season 2 of “Stranger Things”. I liked the first season better, but its still a great and detailed callback to the eighties.

Who are you hanging out with at the moment ? At this very moment I’m hanging out with my girlfriend, but last Saturday I hung out with a huge bunch of the old skaters from back in the days. It was really nice to see all the familiar faces and to notice, that eventhough life has taken us many different places and not everyone still skates that much, we all still have that old passion with skateboarding. That’s fantastic

Tell us about the great crew you are bringing to the session next time… I´m probably bringing Michael Jensen, Nikolaj Ravn Valentin aka Fiske, and who knows- maybe Rasmus Nugga and Søren Aaby will drop by, with hot coffee and Bridge Blanding;-)

How great is your crew really end of the day ? Michael Jensen still amazes me. The dude is a 39 year old trickmachine.

Do you plan any fall or winter skatemissions ? This summer I went to Schwitzerland where I used to live and skate for the Free Slide and Vans Team. I really wanna go back soon and see them all again. I’m bringing my board to Iceland this Christmas. My girlfriend is half Icelandic, so we spend Christmas there this year. Otherwise I’m gonna skate the Jægersborg miniramp. Its a great size ramp to recap old rusty and forgotten tricks on.

Who and what is your motivation at the moment ? Life in general motivates me. Its a fun ride.

How do you think your future will look like ? Even brighter….I hope.

What do you do besides skateboarding ? I play golf. I find the technical part in golf, not similar, but just as hard as in skateboarding. Small adjustments to the style can make a huge difference.

What is your to go to resturants ? I really like to go to L`education Nationale in central Copenhagen. Great atmosphere and authentic French food.

Whats your top 3 favorite meals ? Food. Food and food

Whats your top 3 favorite drinks ? I have become a Pepsi Max kind of guy, and I don’t even get payed to say that;-)

How do you see the future of skateboarding ? Skateboarding has evolved extremely since I first started back in 1987. Its has become the respected sport that I hoped it would be. Skateboarding brings together people of all ages and nationalities and I hope it will continue that way

Who do we need to interview on the lodge ? Unless he has already been on, I think Nikolaj aka Fiske would be fun to read about.

Christmas is here soon, Do you have any christmas presents wishes ? A fishing rod and a gun for my PS VR.

Come on, tell us a slippery story. I know who stole the letters MYRNA from the sign “The SMYRNA church”- thereafter “The SM church”, back in the day, but I have never been a snitch. If you’re from that generation, you’ll know what I’m talking about.
