Have you been on any mission(S) lately, you wanna tell about about ? I took an official role as a represantative for the DRIV in my area, DRIV is the official body that covers skateboarding in Germany since about this year. It is interesting volunteer work. We are trying hard to get things done.

How does your weekends normally look like ? They are usually over much too fast. We have two kids (13, 10) you know what I mean. Trying to relax most of the time.

What is your plan this summer, please let us know a few things your gonna do ? Skating wise we have a vert series going on in Grmany this year (http://www.caveclub.de/), one of the contests (Stop # 4) will be in Karlsruhe and we are organzing this one. (http://festcup.de/) so this keeps us busy these days. Plus we will have to move our vert ramp in September to make way for the new soccer stadium they are going to build. I´ll try to make it to a few contests to take photos and I´ll keep stuffing my blog http://www.sk8boarding4life.com/

What is the future of vert, street or bowl ? Do you see any new directions ? Oh yes. It is going to prosper, street will stagnate and vert, bowl and park will pick up. Freestyle and slalom will make a comeback. You know vert is dead, right?

What motivates you at the moment ? New terrain, my skate buddies, our kids

Any Random storys ? So many. Most memorable? Can´t decide. Riding Uplands OG CombiPool in 1986. Seeing Mike McGill do his first McTwist in 1984. Seeing Rodney Mullen do a 100 points routine in front of 5000 people in Vancouver in 1986. Seeing the resurrection of our current ramp in 2011. Waking up every day and realizing not much hurts and I can still skate at the age of 51. So many things……

Favorite Drink ? A good dark red wine, cool clean water

Favorite Food ? Oh, my wife cooks most of the time. I like a lot of different food, I barbecue, whatever
