How are you doing at the moment? at the moment I feel that I’d rather be a witty fool than a foolish wit……Tired ,always tired…Other than that just dandy….

How is your body at the moment, (injuries, knees, back, and so)?

Arthritis in my feet ,some aches and pains here and there…Nothing a fat sack and a 40 cant heel….

When did you start to skate and why? What tricked you into this?

I didn’t really get in to it till around 86-ish my trip to Seattle..My cousins friend had a Jeff Kendall board with Slime ball wheels…I jumped on it and could not believe how smooth and fast it went…Before then the skateboards I had were pretty much swamp meet specials…This ride was so sweet…

Do you think you made the right choice (instead of playing football FX?)?  Yes  I got to travel around the world twice free of charge…Just to skateboard… Can’t beat it….Wouldn’t trade it in for anything…

So Tells us, it seem you have been away from skateboarding ?   What is your story ?

I never quit or walked away from skateboarding..The older you get you lose some sponsors some dignity then you lose a step or 2 and then you’re stuck in that slow slide downward death spiral ….I continued to skate picking up small sponsors here and there…I fortunately have really kind friends who flowed me product from time to time to help keep me rolling over the years… Thanks guys…

Are you back now ? “Don’t call it a comeback I’ve been here for years”  I’m a lifer, I’m not going anywhere so all you sponsors jump on the Ricks train…CHOO…

2010+Street League, More flat ground, (all I’m saying is can we at least take it the stairs, handrails, flat bars, quarter pipes, ledges,) late shovits, late flips, slappys ,boneless,3 flip to krooked grind to 3 flip out..it just keeps getting bigger, knarlier, and more tech…I can’t wait to see what is going to be going down by 2020….The future is bright for some of these kids…

Do you feel skateboarding is in a good way? There is always highs and lows but to have them talking about skateboarding in the Olympics, well I got to believe it has reached a new high ….Weather that is good or not is a different story…

Where do you stand & please comment with skateboarding in the Olympics?

Same as when X-games, Nike, Etc Decided to buy into the “life style” it’s Awesome for the handful of people/companies who will profit off it one way or another…Some will love it… The rest of us know its lame until we get tapped to ride/ work for them… then its like, this is the best thing in the world…

Where do you stand in terms of politics? To each their own…I live in America where it’s still ok to be different and have different opinions from other people that’s what makes life so grand living here.. as far as my opinion on Trump is “you don’t respect the man you respect the rank”

I’m have been on a mission lately in (with) Video with the homies called This Close…I’m editing and putting it all together…

Explain the Dream session, I try and make every session the dream session……

Lately I have been working on, Video editing (This Close) and ad lay outs for Awkward skateboards…

When I was little I would like to, Be a Baseball player…I was scouted by the Dodgers and Angels when I was younger…

When I’m home I like to, Relax watch some TV… Maybe play some Xbox …

What kind of music to you listen to ? Rock n roll, punk, hip hop just depends on the mood…

I normally call my homies for, everything rides, product, food, money, I don’t come around unless I need something…(You hardly ever hear fro me)

Your homies are, The few who have know me since 6th grade and that is not many…

I enjoy going to, the beach in the rain, I find it soothing…

This one time I won the blue ribbon at the fair for largest pumpkin grown…

When was the time you really lost big time? I won blue ribbon and not Red ribbon…(Duh) I got them the next year though…showed them…

When I travel, I always bring, my skateboard…I can’t remember the last time it wasn’t around when I needed it…(Steady ole gal she is)

Best travel advice I can give is,  a pessimist is what an optimist calls a realist

Best life advice I can give is, don’t mess with the bull or you will get the horns..

Are you good with money (do you plan, safe it, cash in or blow it)?

I hoard all the cash I can get..Then I make it rain baby…Let it rain all day all night…

Best travel memory you want to share? This one time we went to Japan and we stayed up way past midnight…It was so crazy….

When I do not skateboard I, grow abnormally large fruits and vegetables….Think about skateboarding…

My fitness program is,  I get my 40 ounce curls on…  I consider the skate park my gym…

Do you care about your health? Health smealth..Go for the gold baby…You only live once…I see food I eat food…The sweeter the better…Big fat burger with a pint of beer to wash it down…All day all night….

Anything that concerns you at the moment? The smell of pizza lingering in my house considering I’m the only one home and I’m not cooking…Where is that smell of delicious food coming from???

When I get old I want to, go back to the future to be young again…So I can do it all over again….

I would NEVER, Use a song that someone else already used in a skate video…(not a YouTube video) an actual skate video..

I would like to see more of, companies doing re-issues for some of us older guys (who still skate)…I like seeing some of those old graphics again…I would like to see some of those skaters putting out some fresh footy every now and again because that is the real gem right there…Priceless….

That one time where I was in jail because of, Never been to jail…Its number one on my list of places my arse don’t want to visit….(exit only)

I should do more of,  skateboarding…sometimes I feel like I should go down to the park and I don’t…I would like to more…

My future looks like, a few more questions here and a little skate sesh later…Didn’t I tell you I lost my future reading powers yesterday in a “pat my dog” accident…Sorry, you will just have to follow to see if this train derails or not???? Stay tuned…

The hobby I have, no one knows about is, I have this not so awesome collection of un paid medical bills…I’m thinking I should pay them soon…

I will never get rid of, my 2017 Lamborghini windshield wiper blade…It’s a beauty…One day i hope to get another one so i have a matching set…

I would love to be in a movie with, some of them there girlies who get butt nekkidd …

Any regrets in life so far? Yeah, not finding out where that pizza smell was coming from..
