How are you doing at the moment?

How is your body at the moment , (injuries, knees, and so so ) ?

Loads of traingin, prehab and a close to healty life style keeps me skating. New ACLs in both knees keeps me back from time to time but still doing ok. Going in for surgery to clean one knee out during fall and then back at it again.

JOHN’ NOTE To all 20-year olds: Take care of your knees. You´ll miss those when they´re gone!
