07.00 working as a blacksmith most of time for/in cph airport.

How are you doing at the moment? I,M olright thanks   Miss summer and skating.

How is your body at the moment, (injuries, knees, back, and so)? Back is not to good. Time to visit the Chiropractor again soon . Knees are a bit loose but still a lot better than they have been. My left heel is in pain but I can still skate I took a hard landing on it about 3 months ago I thought it was a normal heelbruise and it would pass after a vile but it didn´t so I finally got it x-ray´d and it turns out to be a chip broken of the back side of the heel. Otherwise all good.

When did you start to skate and why? What tricked you into this? 1989.. I was all in to Taekwondo at the time. Then my Sister got an old board from my cousin. and a few other kids from my street had toy skateboards so I pick it up as well. We had no idea what it was all about, so the first year was mostly tig tagging or pushing mongo and downhill racing sitting on the board ,I remember one time I was grabbing on to the deck and somehow I rolled over both of my hands.. good times.

Do you think you made the right choice (instead of playing football FX?)? For sure

Anything that influences you at the moment? Seeing how skaters much older than me are still ripping.. Some harder than ever. Look at Bucky´s new part… shit

Please comment your feelings, memories (if you are that old) & know how about Skateboarding in the

80s Can´t say much about that Period, since I didn´t start until the end of that decade.

90s Good times . My dad and I build a mini ramp in the backyard, it was two sheets wide and about 1,2 meters high and almost vert I rebuild it some years later so it was more skateable. A lot of flyout street skating. In 1996 the skate scene in Vordingborg was dead, I moved to Næstved a nearby town were there was an indoor Skate/Roller disco/Hokey Park with a small Vert. That was were I met Letten for the first time I remember him doing a bs air were he overturned it and hammered his head so hard to the flat it split he´s helmet in half, never seen that before or after.

2000+Lived in London for a year skating a lot of vert and meet some great people. When I came back I moved to Copenhagen and been living here ever since. A lot of fantastic trip´s to malmo before we got our own indoor park here. Friday Wonderland sessions. Party a lot.

2010+ Less Skating after I got Kids. Cool with all the new concrete park.

 

Do you feel skateboarding is in a good way? Yes it seems like a lot more of the kids today are in to skating everything. Vert Street Bowl whatever but take a break with all the fast plants you´re killing it if you over do it.

Where do you stand & please comment with skateboarding in the Olympics? I´m sure we are gonna have a laugh.

Where do you stand in terms of politics? There is something rotten in the state of Denmark and our current leaders in the government is not making it better. But we´re still the happiest country in the world but that has something to do with alcohol and not being that religious..

When I chill, I chill with, I been chilling way too much with Hbo series and red wine lately.

I’m have been on a mission lately in (with)Bryggeriet Malmø skating the Vert ramp. With Bo, Jesper, Sebastian, Jan and Teddy keeping Vert alive in Sweden, when they (Cph skatepark) killed the Vert in Copenhagen.

Dream session would be, 2017 Concrete tour with the Skateboard.dk dudes and Føllet..

Lately I have been working on, As little as possible.

When I was little I would like to, Be Bruce Lee.

When I’m home I like to, Wrestle with my sons.

I normally call my homies for, Skateboarding or beer.

Film The Big Lebowski I just watch that one again. When I was a Kid my favorite film was Bloodsport with Van Damme ! I´m sure I won´t feel the same if I watched it today. Ha ha

When was the last time you really won big time? Skatewise. Last vert session some weeks ago I have only been skating vert two times last year, so it just felt really good to be back.

When was the time you really lost big time? 540 indy headbanger in 2008 I think it was.

When I travel, I always bring, I-pod.

Best travel advice I can give is, Enjoy your trip don´t plan every Minute take it as it comes.

Are you good with money (do you plan, safe it, cash in or blow it)? I don´t make enough to safe it so I can´t blow it.

My fitness program is, I have moved my glass of red wine further away so I am doing a kind of sit up when I reach for it.

Do you care about your health? I am starting to as I get older.

Anything that concerns you at the moment? World war 3.
