1.2 Million euros X-HALL still closed

A skatepark build in a tunnel, 3 different sizes bowls, a 3 foot, miniramp with a hip, a kidney bowl and a bigger bowl.
Total price, 1,2 million euros / 9 million DKK. Bowls is located in Nørrebro, Copenhagen. Denmark. Build in the early Summer of 2016, has never open to the public. Reasons, well so we are informed, is missing permit’s, tar leaking from the roof. ( yes we know, should not take 3 years) but this is what we are / have been informed. Last week local news www.minby.dk wrote a story about x-hall and it seemed to move “something” or ? another empty words ? doors is still closed.
