- 9am – 10am: Women’s Continental Championships Practice
- 10am – 1pm: Women’s Continental Championships Prelims, Semis, and Finals
- 1pm – 2pm: Men’s Continental Championships Practice
- 2pm – 5pm: Men’s Continental Championships Prelims, Semis, and Finals
- Awards immediately following
- 5pm: Global Qualifiers Start Lists posted, Wildcards Announced, and Riders’ Meeting
- 5pm – 6pm: Women’s Global Qualifiers Practice
- 6pm – 7pm: Men’s Global Qualifiers Practice
- 6pm: Scoring Test Run
- 7pm – 8pm: Practice for Select Pros only
- The winner in both Men’s and Women’s for each Continental Championships gets a spot in the World Championships in China along with airfare and lodging for the trip.

- Organized Jams format
- 5 skater Jams, skate in order
- 4 runs each
- Max 30 seconds or skate until you fall
- Judged on overall impression
- Top 8 advance to Finals in one Jam
